Angry Lost bags

I've been dealing with Lufthansa for over two months to try to locate my checked-in bag that was lost en route from Boston to Dublin via Frankfurt. The customer service is completely ineffective, I have called over and over, I filed a complaint, they never call back, they have no clue, I want to be reimbursed but they always evade my questions. I have flown Lufthansa in the past and was pretty satisfied, but I am sure I will never fly with them again. Worst experience. Worst airline. Worst customer service.
