COMPLAINT: Qatar Airways-A really bad experience

I traveled on Qatar Airways last June for the first time. I was excited to travel by QR as I had read they are rated the best airline many times. However it turned to be a nightmare for my flight from Trivandrum/India to Aberdeen. I reached UK on 15th June Saturday, but got my baggage only on following Monday after making many calls. And the worst, the luggage bag was badly damaged. I posted a complain with BA as my baggage came in a BA flight. But after waiting for 2-3 weeks and no response, I posted a complaint to Qatar's website. So far no reply. Can somebody please advise how I can get my complaint addressed and get a compensation, at least for my bag damaged?
