Hello everyone
Due to terrorist attactk, my flight to Istanbul from Amsterdam was involuntarily rebooked by KLM on Turkish Airlines.Though i had paid 25 euros for 23 kg(for myself) and 25 euros for 23 kg (for my spouse) we were asked to pay additional 147 euros at the schiphol airport(we actually had 44 -22 kg for me and 22kg for my spouse at the airport). Initially i filed complaint directly on the website of KLM twice but they replied with an unreasonable expolanation why they do not reimburse the additional costs.I hope with this post poeple can see how disgraceful KLM' services are.
