Flight QR737 boarding pass issue/ Rude and improfessional crew
The boarding staff made a critical mistake with our boarding passes. Especially for 2 old people with chronic diseases. We have chosen these seats based on front space as this is a long flight and we paid an extra 165 dollars for each seat but they put us on random seats and when we tried to explain it to the crew member by showing our tickets he dismissed us, spoke very rudely and disrespectfully toward an old couple above 70. They didn't care about their mistake and they were swearing in front of our faces threatening if we don't accept those seats we will be removed from the flight.
Such behavior is not tolerated at all, especially if this is their mistake and they should be apologizing and compensating us for it. But no, they ignored, disrespected, and acted with foul language and behavior. |
