Angry Jet Blue-No respect to the customers

6/16/2016, we have booked ticket from Raleigh to Trivandrum. Jet blue flight delayed, but they informed last minute only. We didn't get any option to fly that day itself. The supervisor in the night shift behaved rudely. They rebooked ticket for next day but no information shared with us. we asked print out itenery or ticket they didn't provide. They downloaded our bag from flight two of them are completely destroyed so I bought new bags to continue my travel next day. Flight took off normally and my family reached Boston around 8:30, however till 10:00 JetBlue provide any help to continue our journey. Emirates told me that JetBlue needs to confirm the booking, but Jet blue person around 10:00pm told us that. They are going to rebook tomorrow.
They are making money by cheating to the customers, we need to stop this- Authorities should discontinue their service.
