Default No Air Condition

I flew on MH1058 from JHB to KUL on 2nd March 2016. There was no air condition on the flight upon boarding. The Captain took-off regardless of the situation in the cabin. Cabin Crew Jason said it was faulty. Amazingly the Captain just jeopardized the safety of the passengers, when he decided to ignore the fact that at high altitudes, the aircraft is to be equipped with air conditioning for a convenient environment for the passengers.

This matter was brought to the attention of MAS on 3rd March 2016 & was replied on 17th March 2016 with a case ref no. GTS/00082221.

However until today, 9th February 2017, I have not heard an explanation from them to why this happened.
