Damaged Property
Would just like to share the ongoing shocking service I have received from Emirates. They damaged my Buggaboo Stroller October 2016. Emirates collected it beginning November for the damage to be assessed. I am still waiting for it to be repaired/ replaced almost 4 months later. Complete apathy from their side is an understatement. There is also no sense of accountability, with often no replies to emails or calls even to supervisors and manager at Emirates.
I will never fly with them again and would advise any parent flying with children to think twice too. Even the Emirates cabin crew weren't particularly helpful or friendly at the time of the flights. |
