Default SAUDI Airlines

Reservation of 04 flights CAI-RUH//RUH-DEL//DEL-JED//JED-CAI on Sept-2018 to start on Sept 29 and end at Oct 06th-2018 with flights numbers:SV-314//SV-760//
SV-759//SV383
On 5th OCT, SV-759 changed to SV-3759: which is not an aeroplane of SAUDI airlines, with very poor quality of service and performance, and against human rights and HSE measures ( No water in toilets from the start of the flight)
As a result of poor performance the flight delayed by 01 hour from its schedule and the announcement itself from the pilot at flight start that duration will be 05 hours.
But, It took 06 hours, and we reached Jeddah airport at 00:00, instead of 10;50 pm.
As a consequence, we lost our flight to CAIRO: SV-383 (scheduled at 00:35 ), and postponed our flight to SV-301 scheduled 09:45 ), which is ahead of 10 hours
The representative of Saudi airlines arrived 01 hour in front of the office, unfortunately, with no solutions to be discussed.
Despite my several emails to airlines and even to General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in KSA, Customer Protection Rights Regulation.
With no response from both.
This is SAUDIA.COM, does not care about passengers............

Sounds like Saudi Arabian leased an aircraft from another airline, and they don't inquire about the onboard amenities, lavs etc.... and they are not required to. As far as the delay it could have been for any number of reasons, the flight time of 5 hours is gate to gate. There are no "human rights violations. The aircraft is a substitute so that the schedule can be maintained. You would have complained even louder if the flight was canceled.

Default Waiting tile 9:30 hours at airport of Jeddah

What about waiting time in airport of JEddah from 00:15 to 9:45 am on 06th of October
As per Airlines regulations you are entitled to hotel accomodation on airline when waiting time exceeds 06 hours.???
Isn't it right???
And, how to get it if SAUDIA airlines is not even replying to emails, or complaints????

what were the time published when you booked the flight.

Default How can you get compensation from an airline for waiting more than 09 hours till next connection flight

If for the reason of delay from an airline, you loose your scheduled flight and they transfer you to another flight after 09 hours.

Waiting for 09 hours in an airport do allow you to ask for compensation/hotel accomodation ???

Exclamation No Compensation for Damaged Bags

Two of my bags were damaged by Saudi Airline. I reported the damage to the ground staff of Saudi Airline at arrival. As per their direction also reported the damage by completing an online form on Saudi Airline website on July 6, 2020. To date no resolution or compensation has been issued by Saudi Airline for the damaged bags. It has been more than 3 months since the damage was reported.

I have sent several follow up e-mails to the airline to no avail. Saudi airline is the worst airline I have travelled with in terms of responsiveness to passenger complaints.
