Peace be upon you. I booked a flight ticket through flyadeal for my mother: Sayeda Al-Taweel, with reservation reference number: (M15DPB) on 4/14/2023 on flight number: (F3-554) from Cairo to Jeddah with a takeoff time of 8:45 am, and the following happened: My mother By completing the travel procedures and obtaining the plane boarding ticket, then I went to the passport office and the exit stamp was placed (the copy of the exit stamp was sent on page 24 of the passport, and it is known that it is possible to inquire about the hour it was placed from the Egyptian passports) and then I went to the travel gate of the flight before the appointment, including At least two hours, and she kept waiting until the gate opened, and my mother was surprised that her travel bag was at the gate, as one of the employees informed her that this is not the gate for the trip, and she must go to another gate, so she carried her granddaughter and went to what she was told to tell her there that she must return to the same gate When she returned, the plane took off without her, and this also happened with another passenger on the same flight.
Then a girl who works with Flyadeal took her and entered one of the rooms and manipulated the computer and took off everything from the papers that were placed on the suitcase and also took the plane boarding ticket paper and wrote on the entry visa null which is not valid and is considered forgery in official papers and she hid all evidence of obtaining a ticket Boarding the plane from the bags, and my mother, this is the first time that she travels, and she does not know anything about what should have been done, and I booked another ticket on Fly Egypt Airlines, about 8 hours later, and stamped the passport for the second time on the same day. Exit visa on page No. 4 of the passport ( Attached is a copy of the second exit visa)

Requests:
Refund of the full value of the ticket.
Financial compensation for the damage to my mother and the stress, panic and fear she was subjected to while she was fasting. It is an amount of one hundred thousand riyals as an initial compensation, while preserving my right to obtain what I deem appropriate in terms of the value of compensation.
Obtaining the value of the second travel ticket that I booked on Fly Egypt.
Taking an official action with the employee who blurred the features of the boarding ticket and marking the The exit stamp with the word null on the Egyptian passports, and it is considered forgery in the official papers and acting unjustly, while informing me officially of the investigation with her and the punishment that was taken with her
