Starlux Airlines
Booked my flight with Starlux airlines Flight No. JX001 departing LAX via Trip.com back in March of 2023 for May 7th 2023. Checked into my flight via Starlux app on May 6th. Everything was fine. Reached airport, checked into my connecting flight to LAX and then I get a notification email from Trip.com saying Starlux has changed the date of my flight to 8th May!!
Less than another hour later, I get another notification saying Starlux has again changed my flight to 9th May!! And I can't even call customer service because their hotline number in the US says closed on Sundays!!!
Because of this I had to cancel my flight and book another last minute flight and book a hotel which is way more than I had planned for. Who will compensate for these extra charges? Why was my flight changed last minute?
