COMPLAINT: Cancellation credit

I paid for 5 round trip tickets. One for me, my wife, my son, daughter, and her fiancée. I paid for all of these in one transaction. Now my son decides he can't go. I cancelled the flight that I purchased for him and was told that the flight credit can only be used by him. That is stupid! I paid for the flight, I should get the credit. You can see that I paid for all 5 flights with the same (MY) credit card. There can be no question. The credit is mine. He cant pay me for it, that is why I purchased it in the first place. I will use the credit for a trip to Arizona this fall. Oh wait, is that the point, I will use it and you would rather just steal the money from me?
