My checked-in luggage was lost on 22 July. But after 4 days, Air India has no response about it. I called them everyday, sent the complain email to them too. Still, nothing happened, so I have to post it here. At least, I will avoid this kind airline next time.
The staff of Air India kept lying to me. This what they said to me: 1. We will contact you within 24 hours maximum. ---- Not true. Nobody has action. 2. Your baggage is on the way ------ After 4 days, who will believe it ? 3. My supervisor will call you in 2 hours --- Nobody called me. Liar. 4. You should contact the local airport. --- Why? Even you airline don't know where my baggage is, you try to push me to the airport. Irresponsible. PIR no: KULAI10301 Feel so helpless and be stucked in the hotel. |

update.
Finally I found the bagge arrived in KUL airport. Anyway, Air India just don't care. I have to contact the airport all by myself. Just aviod this kind poor air line. |
