Passport, money stolen BA 92from Toronto,London
My name is Rachel G. Rasid
incident happened in BA flight 92 from Toronto, London UK on November 22, 2011 my passport money stolen in flight 92 police report at Terminal 5, 1003465/11 i would like to start a claim against BA FOR THE INCIDENT HAPPEND IN BA WHO IS HAUNTING MY LIFE |

1ST File a complaint with BA @ https://www.britishairways.com/trave...m/public/en_ca
2nd File a complaint with the UK regulator of the Airline @ https://www.caa.co.uk/Passengers/Res...-compensation/ Bad News: The Airline is not responsible for items stolen by other passengers. Unless you can show how they are at fault or one of the Airlines Employees is at fault you wont get anywhere with your complaint. |
