COMPLAINT: Derogatory Comments

I’m posting this on my husbands behalf, with his permission. My husband booked a flight last minute to get back to Egypt for his sisters funeral. As she died suddenly the same day. He had a head cold and once the flight took off, the congestion became so bad He couldn’t breathe. It was so severe He ended up passing out. While this was happening He was being tended to by an Egypt male host and a Tanzanian female host. They did not realise He is a native Arabic speaker and the women spoke to the man in Arabic saying - “If someone faints in my country we give them perfume to smell, but we should put **** in his mouth

We have made a complaint and the response was that it was a misunderstanding. With no offer of an apology or compensation.
