Denied boarding
On Feb 04, 2022 my Two daughters were denied boarding on British Airways from Lagos Nigeria to Kingston Jamaica enroute London_Miami_Kingston. The passengers were denied boarding and the excuse was they will need Transit to connect their flight in London even though they will not be going through the border control. The passengers has all their necessary travel documents yet they were denied boarding.
The Booking was done by Fare Buzz Travel agency in US. Booking #: 74410255 Booked on: 01/14/2022 Travel Dates: 02/04/2022 Airline: British Airways, American Airlines Traveling from: Lagos(LOS) Traveling to: Kingston(KIN) R/t Total Cost: $4238.37 Fare Buzz Mailing Address: 137W 25th Street, 11th Floor, New York , NY. 10001. Phone # 888-808-4123 My request is for either for a refund or BA open a Credit options. Thanks. |
