COMPLAINT: No response to compensation EDM

I have been given the EDM for compensation after a very bad experience with Turkish airline and have shared my bank details with the said email address to process the compensation. It has been weeks and I have received no fund, acknowledgement or response to my emails.
Me and my family are extremely disheartened to ever fly with this airline again.
