Lost baggage on one flight delayed baggage on the next
Turkish seem to be loosing control.
In the last 3 weeks have done several flights on Turkish which has always been great. ALAS on one flight from USA baggage lost totally in transit through Istanbul. Lost without trace without concern without support. Then from Africa in transit luggage missed the connection flight (3 hours later) in Istanbul so sent on next flight out of Istanbul no sorry, no apology, no support other than wait it will arrive within the next hour. Thanks Turkish, it would appear you may be growing too fast ! |
