Worst customer service ever!
Just returned from New York on a Delta flight. The plane was dirty my monitor failed to work, if you required a drink of water you had to go in search of a member of cabin crew, my daughter failed to get her booked meal, the staff were extremly rude when I tried to resolve my problems. WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN AND AM PASSING THE WORD AROUND.
