WE PURCHASED A MOBI HEADPHONE SET ON BOARD FOR €50. REPORTED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY ON LANDING THAT THEY WERE FAULTY. COMPLAINT ACKNOWLEDGED BY SINEAD CLARKE OF RYANAIR, BUT RYANAIR DID NOTHING FURTHER!
ON AUG THE 6TH RYANAIR'S MS CLARKE PROMISED TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINT WITHIN 7 DAYS: HERE WE ARE AT THE 8TH SEPT AND WE HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! SO MUCH FOR 'CONTRARY MICK' HAVING MORPHED INTO 'CUDDLY MICK'!
