Regarding flight boarding denial for the flight from Bengaluru to Chennai PNR-PV923H, I together with 4 more passengers were denied to board on indigo flight sating we reached late, knowing we have checked in 3hrs before. this day there was heavy rush of the passengers on the Airport due to a festival , we doubt that our ticket was sold to other passenger by charging extra cost we were left with no choice rather to rebook the tickets in the same flight by paying extra cost.
The very next day i boarded with the new ticket and i saw passengers were boarding 15mins prior to the departure their rules get changed and modified based on the conditions.
