Refused refund
Hawaiian Airlines refused to refund flight bookings to American Samoa even though the Governor of the island has declared a State of Emergency preventing foreign nationals from entering. I'm not allowed to fly there, but Hawaiian won't refund the flight (even though it's business class). They have taken $3,000 of my money for a flight I can't use. They are THIEVES!!!
