Reservation disappeared
When trying to board Co flight 2550 on Sunday, July 29 airline employee said that the flight information did not exist. This mistake caused my family an extreme amount of stress and trips to the airport. My ex husband, wife and newborn baby had to drive my son to the airport four times (from Taunton, Ma to Providence, RI) My son also lost a day from his vacation due to this situation.
