COMPLAINT: Baggage loss and item stolen

Spirit loss my luggage took them 5 days to return and they have taken items from my luggage, like my perfumes, makeup, shoes and my jewelry. They are so ridicules that are asking me to provide receipts for the stolen items when some of he stuff have being purchase thru the years. I feel soooo frustrated.
