Air India double charged me INR 33000 without authorization. best to not fly with them.

this was for date change where Air India confirmed that that my first payment was rejected so i should pay second time while it would take a few days for the first payment to go back to my bank account.*after paying second time and waiting for 30 days, with*continuous*calls and over 15 hours of discussion, i was sent a one liner to say that my total payment (first plus second) was towards date change...*

i tried*to contact Air India customer*service and nodal officers... no replies... possibly, the*extra money is how their salaries are paid, so all are quiet.*

Air India is sometimes lesser expensive than other airlines, but in the end it isnt*worth it.*It is shameful that an airline with the country's name is resorting to theft and deceit...*
