flying regularly with easyjet and normally a very satisfied customer, i have lately experienced more delays without any notice.
today i am now leaving geneva for luton. we should leave at 9.55 am and it is now 12.22 p.m.we just got in the plane where we are told now that his will take another hour. no drinks offered...

lately i had a similar problem with a flight from geneva to barcelona.



can anybody mail me how to get a refund ? thks in advance.
