Default #britishairways failing its customers yet again

I am extremely dissatisfied with British Airways customer care practices. A name was duplicated in my booking, instead of changing the name, ai am being forced to cancel at the tine of a £412 penalty. Completely unethical. 100% disappointed in this brand. #britishairways failing its customers yet again
