COMPLAINT: My Granddaughter's funeral

I was told I be refunded when they received the obituary. I change my flight to Yuma because of the death of my granddaughter. I paid 239 for the original flight. I was charged 398 the adjusted flight + 200 for a change fee plus $20 for who knows what. I received a $200 refund and they're refusing to refund the extra flight. I've been fighting for this refund for over a year. And will continue to do so My Hope Is that someone from American Airlines will see this and do the right thing
