Hi,
I have travelled from toronto to london and then muscat to tehran.
when i received my luggages both were damaged.
after 2 weeks of following up they wanted to reimburse 25 dollars for both luggages. I have emailed all the available emails on site and no answer to any of it.
There customer service is horrible. basically with this offer of 25 dollars for to luggages its an insult to my intelligence.
their airport is very expensive, the prices are almost 3x than usa.
these days you can not buy a wallet for 15 dollars.
both my luggages were hard material and 30 inches even at the cheapest market you have to pay 100 dollars for it.
if you want to save 400 usd for your flight make sure you have to invest that money for a new luggage.
