COMPLAINT: Congratulations - 3 radical changes in just 3 minutes

I bought 5 return tickets from Turkish Airlines, from Istanbul to Venice on the 28th of June 2016. The flights are supposed to be 26 March to Venice and 30 March back to Istanbul. I also bought 5 return tickets from Ankara to Istanbul, again from Turkish Airlines.

I received 3 change notifications (radical enough to change times, dates and airports) regarding the same flight within 10 minutes from the Turkish Airlines, and another for the return ticket as follows:

TK1839 Istanbul to Venice

1) 26/10, 3:22 pm, email & SMS notice --- Changed from 26 March 13:20 to 27 March 13:20

2) 26/10, 3:22 pm, email & SMS notice --- Changed from 27 March 13:20 to 28 March 10:00

3) 26/10, 3:32 pm, email & SMS notice --- Changed from 28 March 10:00 to 28 March 11:50 (TK1871) different airport, chaged from Sabiha Gokcen to Ataturk.

Venice to Istanbul

4) 26/10, 4:12 pm, email & SMS notice --- Changed from 30 March 12:45 to 14:5 (TK 1840 to TK1872) different airport

I immediately complainedthroygh the call center. I received a response today (5/11, 9:51), TK-66377 #S1-66734# stating that the flights do not appear as connected flights and that they cannot do anything to compensate for it.

I will have to cancel all 20 tickets now, and I will only be refunded for 10.

Here are some facts,

1) What kind of a managements does THY have who cannot even plan for a change, and have to change a single flight 3 times radically in just 10 minutes. Would not somebody think about and plan for it for a few minutes before sending out all these notifications.

2) I feel like cheated as THY do not hold themselves responsible for these strange changes affecting my other flights at will.

3) How could they manage to be awarded the best by the Star Alliance? If they are the best as they claim to be, I wouldn't want to imagine the others.
