Refusal to refund for cancelled flight
BA cancelled flight because of technical problems and then rebooked and downgraded us. They refuse to refund the $275 per ticket we originally paid for an upgrade to premium economy because they gave us $100 compensation. How can they get away with this? We're still out of pocket. It has to be illegal. I paid for a service and they didn't deliver. Return flight had technical problems AND they didn't put our luggage on the flight. I'm done with this airline.
