Thumbs down Terrible Travel Experience - They steal your money

Below is the reason why I and my family will NEVER again fly British airways. I also would like to advise everyone to be extra careful flying British Airways. They will downgrade you or even bump you off the flight with no regard They are only interested in stealing your money and not delivering what they promised you when they sold you the ticket.
Here is what happened:

1) I purchased a full fare business class ticket on BA.
2) I flew business class from Boston to India.
3) On my way back from India, when I went to check in on-line 24 hours before departure, BA web site stated I should check in at the airport.
4) So I went to the Hyderabad (India) airport 2 hours before departure to check in.
5) The agent at the check-in counter told me that the flight was over booked, and they can put me in economy class.
6) The agent stated that under IATA rules, BA had had the right to over book and DOWNGRADE a passenger to lower class at any time without the consent of the passenger while paying just $200, irrespective of the fare difference. The fare difference is lot more than $200
7) At least 5 other passengers were able to check-in after me.
8) I don’t believe BA has the right to downgrade a passenger without passenger consent and without proper compensation.
9) This is akin to one paying for a Mercedes AMG 65, and when the time came to deliver, the Dealer delivers a Hundai and gives you $200 against your wishes.
10) This goes against fair business practices and is in fact deceptive business practice.
11) I was forced to fly economy class on a 10.5 hours flight when I paid for business class.
12) I tired speaking with the customer service department (312-843-5794 ). The agent again tried to offer me $200.
13) It is clear that BA doesn’t care about fair business practice and doesn’t care about proper customer service and or experience. They only care about maximizing their profit. In this process, they don't mind overselling last minute tickets to sell them at the highest price and screw loyal passengers that purchased months in advance.
14) I have a RECORDING of my conversation with the check-in agent and the team lead.
15) What BA did to me is no different that the recent horrific behavior from United Airlines and American Airlines.
16) Because of the above reasons, i and my family would STOP flying BA all together. I will make sure no one from my company flies BA ever again. There are plenty of other airlines who appreciate loyal customers. BA is not one of them.
