Never, ever, have I seen such a mess trying to call an airline for customer service! These are FACTS after trying to get through to this "airline". I can only say that if they can't handle their "business", what is it like to fly them???

#1 - When you try to get through, especially on a busy day, the automated system tells you to call back - they are "too busy" to answer your call.

#2 - When it IS a busy day, you may have to call 20 or more times to just be put in a queue, or will have to call back hours later.

#3 - When you finally DO get through, you will be put in rotation. The message states that "due to extremely high call volume, your wait time will be in excess of 12 minutes". Note, that this message comes on each and every time you are put in the queue, no matter when you call.

#4 - If you enter your confirmation # and corresponding number for what you are trying to do (I.E. - make a change) make note that you could be sent over to the "Operator" who will then ask what it is you're calling about, and put you BACK IN THE QUEUE where they say they're too busy to take your call!!

#5 - If you are lucky enough to actually reach a customer service rep, and they say they will refund $ to your account because THEY cancelled your flight, don't believe it! Still waiting a MONTH after they cancelled the flight for a refund, and I had to go through steps 1-4 first!

# 6 - If you have to re-book a paid flight previously booked, simply because you CAN'T GET THROUGH AFTER TRYING FOR DAYS, AND THEIR WEBSITE SAYS YOU HAVE TO CALL AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE ONLINE, and then expect a refund on the first flight, FORGET IT! Their customer relations department states "Because you were a no-show, you are not entitled to a refund!"

#7 - Their unavailable message, when you call, states that you can make these changes (see # 6 above) online, and when you go to your itinerary, the website states you have to call!

Next stop, Attorney General in Florida, and contacting CEO of Allegiant, and maybe a little BBB as well.

Extremely POOR SHOW Allegiant.
