Poor service/ over charges
Do not ever fly FRONTIER Airlines. They charge $45 a bag, charge for drinks, etc. Canceled a 5:40 flight - did not tell us until 12:00 AM, waited in line for voucher until 1:15, then waited for hotel bus, waited at Sheraton for room until 2:30 AM. Frontier voucher to cancelation is $200 only good on Frontier.
DO Not EVER FLy FRONTIER. Add on per baggage, seat charge, drink on the plane and you add $at least $$200 round trip on the "low cost" airline ticket. Scam. Bait and switch! Personal were extremel disorganized. Posted via Mobile Device |
