Customer Service Still waiting on a baggage receipt.

Still waiting on a baggage receipt.

Paid $460 for 2 checked baggages on Aug 21. Contacted Lufthansa many times just to get a receipt for something I paid for. Seems simple enough.....three months waiting.....
