I recently discovered Frontier Airlines because I work in Seattle while my family resides in Miami.

I have flown on Frontier a number of times in the last year and they really are a "different kind of animal."

They have always been on time
They have good prices
They have good customer service
They share miles with AirTran making their rewards progam more valuable
Denver is a convenient and efficient hub for cross country flights
Even on a 20 minute layover, they held the plane for us and my luggage made it on time!
They have comfortable leather seats with individual TV and movies
Their flight attendants seem to enjoy working there.
The airline is efficient.

I know they are having financial trouble. I hope others read this and are encouraged to fly with Frontier -- their departure from the airline market would be a bad thing.
