Halfway made upgrade- then lost ticket
This is a new one for me, I called to upgrade my ticket to business class. I was told it was done for a decent sum of money. I then flew business on my outbound flight and when checking in for my return flight, I am informed that it is economy. After being bounced around to different agents, sales rep, "customer care" agents they decide I only booked and paid for half. Why would I call to upgrade to business for only half the flight?? And in between all this I get passed between delta and air France because no one can figure out who's problem it is. They did, however, manage to come to the conclusion that it was my problem and end of story.
I'm never flying air France or delta again. |
