Exit row ripoff
Was on LH327 Nov 17 VCE-FRA in Seat 11F Exit. Was told to remove my hand-luggage from seat in front and complied (not a policy in US). I had a small personal item: duty free bag @ 100$ value, the size of a small book. The flight attendant insisted on removing this small item from me and place it apparently in an overhead been near my row. After the flight, my personal item was no where to be found. The smug flight attendant could only say this is not normal and took my name and connecting flight which i was late for due to searching for the stolen item. I could have easy kept in my lap (size of a small book). Ridiculous policy - ruined Christmas presents !
