Default Lufthansa lost me as a customer.

I will never use Lufthansa any more in my life. First they delayed my luggage for 24 hours which upset my trip and caused me lots of trouble. They even didn't apologize not a single time like it was’t a big deal to them. Second, on my way back home from Frankfort to Chicago on 05/16/2012, they took away my tooth paste. I had only 75 grams of it in a tube which did not exceed the limitation, and I can’t even comprehend why the TCA in Frankfurt was so mean to me assuming there could be something explosive. I took it as a total humiliation because why in the world they decided for me that wasn't allowed to brush my teeth on 9 hour flight? I used Lufthansa three times in my life, and I will never do it again. I had positive experience only with KLM and I better stick with them.

Having your toothpaste confiscated must have been very traumatic. Once Delta stole a half full bottle of mouthwash from my checked luggage. They said it must have fallen out. I have never flown Delta since.

I had my nail clippers confiscated by security on a US Airways flight. I was so traumatized I have ever flown them again. I have tried counselling without success.

I stole those items and regularly teach stealing and lying to new employees and recurrent training to current employees.

Is that the only training airline employees get these days?
