Pathetic customer service
Have been flying with Etihad for quite some time now.....was never able to undertand why they do not allow us to make changes to the tickets online....considering that they would anyways be charging a change fee of $200.
I was to initially fly in April and due to some conflict I had the misfortune of having my tickets changed for May travel......all the websites indicate lower airline fares for Etihad for a travel in May...however when we call their customer service, they not only indicate a higher fare (a fare difference of more than 300 per ticket) than what the major sites (including etihad.com) indicate but they are also impolite while trying to swindle us off our money.
To summarize they do not allow us to make changes online so that they can rob us off our hard earned money......the worst part is being on phone with a bunch of uneducated folks for hours together....
For all these things the airline should at least let us know why their customer service indicates higher fares and instead of paying us back try to rob us.....in addition we should be paid for the mental harassment we have to undergo in speaking to these agents and being on phone with them for hours togehter........i have been on call with them for almost every night for the past 10 days but my tickets have still not been changed
Is there any other higher official site where i can register my complain and at least paid back for this mental harassment!!!!!
