Unbelievably incompetent crew on flight 25 PUJ to CLE. Aside from not stocking the restroom with towels OR TP! And ignoring me before we left the DR, they then totally bungled the medical emergency on this flight. Landed in Ft. Lauderdale but never arranged for new oxygen bottles. Sitting on Tarmac for and hour while they try to figure out where to get one. Then they lie to us that TSA is making us deplane and go through customs. Can't wait to see how this ends

Since you left from the Dominican Republic to the United States, and through unfortunate circumstances had to divert to FLL (I saw the aircraft parked at H8). Since FLL is the 1st port of arrival (through no means on anyone, but to assist a passenger in need of medical attention ASAP), yes you are required to clear customs and immigration in FLL before re-boarding to go to CLE.

If the final destination is in the U.S. and the first port of arrival is in the U.S., travelers must clear immigration and customs at the first port of entry.

If a connection is involved, the traveler will not be required to go through another clearance when they arrive at their final destination.

I think that Frontier should have realized that Bilbo the Princess was onboard the aircraft and ignored the medical emergency. Frontier should also know that Bilbo the Princess does not have to pass thru customs. Also, Frontier is lying since they said the TSA was making Bilbo the Princess pass through customs when it was obviously the US Customs and Border Protection who were violating the human rights of Bilbo the Princess.
