Default Air France /KLM

As a flying blue member why is it that klm and air france treat the members so badly, is it because they are not English and do not know the saying that the customer is always right, or is it because they just do not give a rats after thay have overcharged you for the most uncomfortable seat in exsistance. I say use another airline

If you are implying that only English businesses are capable of offering good customer service, you ought to travel abroad more often...

Default air france KLM

Maybe what I meant to say was they are not showing any customer service ethics and maybe its in their culture, sorry about that.

Ive actually been flying with KLM for some 20 years, about twelve years ago Airfrance took over, the airmiles awarded have gone down and prices increased.

At the ten year point of being Platinium I needed two more flights to be platinium for life, but my father died and I had to fly home at short notice so I used my award miles. Guess what well those flights didnt count and now Im gold.

I complained of course but hey they are french. Well that says it all.

By the way I do actually get out and about with other airlines its just this crowd have a manopoly on the airport where I live.

Have a good day

pwarrington has not made any friends yet

This from your profile, and with your attitude you never will. Wtf has nationality got to do with this complaint?

You don't like the FF programme since Air France took over...fine, make your complaint about that.

After it is pointed out that nationality has nothing to do with the substance, youi follow up with another post which is gratuitously racist.

These complaints say more about you than they do about AirFrance/KLM.

Default follow on

Sorry about my previous reply, but I still do not beleive KLM/airfrance understand how to deal with complaints.

I also think that their mentality to keep customers happy is non existant, especially frequet flyers like myself.

I frequently fly from the UK to Amsterdam, then on to Singapore or Manila where I change airlines and fly on to Papua New Guinea for a 6 to 12 week period for work.

The difference between these two airlines is huge, as customer care with the follow on airline, is actually is non exsistant and you know what you are getting, ie no extras and an uncomfortable seat.

Back to my point Klm /airfrance pretend to listen and do not take into mind their customers opinions.

Perfectly valid observations and complaints about Air France. It is a shame you used sweeping racist comments in your prior complaints in order to try and the point across.
