Need for pet toilet area
Put a sandbox for pets in cabin in a secluded area of each terminal. Otherwise, next time I will let my dogs pee and poop on your carpets in the boarding area rather than miss my flight.

Typical passenger. I had something else typed out but it would not have been shown for you to read. You need to join the human race and learn some manners.

It's the other way around
If you read my complaint about the AF employees, it was they who were rude and unhelpful, while I was trying to save their carpets. This cost us the flight and 900 euros because CS would not help us.

I did read it. You are pathetic. You feel it right that because an airline's employees wronged you that you will have your animals crap on the airport's carpet? You do realize AF employees couldn't give a 'crap' if your dogs dumped on the carpet? They don't clean it up. Wake up!!!!

why did your husband not realize after 30mins or so that there maybe a problem and see if you were at the right boarding lounge? why does he have to be told to move rather then doing what most people would do and go to the gate close to the time?

The whole matter arose because I took our dogs outside the terminal to prevent any accidents inside. Blaming the customer seems to be par for Air France.
This is precisely the attitude that caused us to lose the flight, pay 900 euros more and be unhappy about it. Customer disservice, not customer service. |
