Angry Refund

On March 7th I purchase 3 tickets to go to Spain, a few days around the end of August I had to cancel my husband's ticket due to work. I read that they would refund taxes and other fees, I expect that I would at list get half the amount. When I bought the ticket it shows that out of almost $1300 the price of one ticket half was the price of the ticket the other half was taxes and fees.
They only refund me $80.00.

What I don't get is that someone else is going to pay for that seat so they aren't going to loose any money.
I'm sure when I go to Spain I'm not going to see any empty seats.
