An airline company turned into a MAFIA!!
I have bought a ticket for dubai and realized that i have entered the date wrong just 30 sec later. So i called the call center and told my problem and requested a change in the date. My ticket was for one month later and all im asking was taking it back for one day. The guy on the phone told me that they have to charge 50 $ for this except the fee for doing it on the phone!!! I thought this was a joke but seriously they did charge this extra money for my typing mistake!! so guys u have to be careful if you are dealing with turkish airlines, make no mistake!! otherwise they will punish you!!!
