Terrible supervisor
This evening I was helping a friend who is relocating herself and her dogs back to Canada via Frankfurt on Lufthansa. Me. Farhan Mohammed was the supervisor on duty. From the beginning he gave us a lot of trouble about one of our dogs which he felt the crate was too small for. We rushed and got a new one brought down. He informed us collars had to come off, which I had never heard of so I asked for him to show me the new rules as we have never faced that even having sent dogs less than a week ago on Lufthansa. He at first refused, and finally pulled up rules when I insisted. So we removed all the collars. When we were finally done and had been exhausted lay running around for 2 hours trying to sort everything out and being spoken to very rudely by him throughout, I asked to see his work ID so that I could file a complaint about his behavior and attitude towards myself and the passenger who was flying. He refused, and covered his ID up, told me he would write it down or verbally tell me his name, which I was unsatisfied with. When I continued to argue he threatened to offload the dogs even though they aren't mine, I'm not the passenger, and he had no issue with the passenger. By this time someone was recording video asking him to confirm he was pulling the dogs based on a personal issue that had nothing to do with the dogs or passenger, he then said no, they are checked in and will go. I thanked him and left, paid for my parking and left the airport. Halfway home I had a panicked call from my friend, the passenger, saying Mr. Farhan Mohammed had left the check in desk, contacted her and said if I didn't get back to the office at the airport so he could call the police to file a complaint, he would remove her dogs from the flight. Again, I cannot stress enough that these are not my dogs and he is now essentially blackmailing the passenger over a personal vendetta. I am now sitting at the airport office waiting for him for more than half an hour, I cannot reach my friend and can only hope that her dogs have gotten on the flight. He created an excess of stress and upset for the passenger, and is now threatening me with calling the police when I did nothing outside of my rights. I look forward to hearing from you, as I myself am shocked at the treatment I myself and paying customers have received this evening. Regards.*
