total irresponsability!
my luggage was not delivered at my destination. That was bad enough, since I was going from the warm seaside to the wintery mountains (with all my warm cloths and shoes in it) and had Xmas presents in it.... I of course filed the loss , I was given the nice report, etc... but the worse is that, after more than one day, I have not been able to contact anybody in Lufthansa, baggage handling companies, etc to get some feedback.. the baggage is still lost, nobody told me about my rights, and, especially, nobody seems to move a finger to sort out the problem...
Lufthansa Help (well.. so to say..) Desks normally do not answer and when they do they claim their incompetence and give me another phone number which systematically does not reply......
It looks as if I am guilty of losing my baggage.... not them... total irresponsibility and unaccountability.. they ruin your holiday and then they treat you like a nuisance... Lufthansa Customer Service really STINKS!!
