Refund issue
In May/2020 I purchased 2 flight tickets from Paris, France to São Paulo, Brazil. The purchase was done online and I cancelled the ticket less than 24 hours later. By law, in online reservations, if the customer cancels the ticket within 24 hours, the airline has to reimburse the 100% of the ticket.
So far I have received the reimbursement of only one ticket, therefore I still need to receive the amount of the second ticket. We are already in September, therefore more than 3 months have passed and Lufthansa was unable to honor its duties.
I have sent 5 follow up emails to Lufthansa in the last 3 months and so far, the company was unable to honor the reimbursement that I, as a customer, have the right by law.
