JetBlue fraudulently charged me for several transactions and I have tried to get ahold of them and cannot. I have spoken on the phone to JetBlue agents at least a dozen times in the past month. Most of the time this results in hours of wait time, then a foreign agent who claims that nothing can be done, then a disconnected line. They also never noted my account or pass along information, often disconnecting the line after several hours without warning. Despite asking for supervisors, I have yet to speak with any, a request that usually results in more delay time. JetBlue seems to be purposefully creating a labyrinth or red tape to avoid refunding clients for fraudulent charges. Charges they fraudulently charged me include a $250 flight change fee for a flight that they booked for me on the wrong day, something I did not discover until I got to the airport. I was also charged a $35 bag check fee, despite one of the benefits of my "JetBlue" credit card supposedly being a free bag check. These charged were both on 9/11/2022 at JFK airport. I was sent to a "helpdesk" where 6 employees were lounging with no one in line. There, they told me that nothing could be done, despite the 1800 agent booking me the wrong flight. They said to call the 1800 number back, which I have, and results in the above description. I asked for the agents name at the desk who "assisted" me--it was Kiewanda. When I asked for her employee ID, she refused to give it to me. There was a supervisor there, so I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me and covered her ID which was on her jacket so I would not see it. They were extremely rude and refused to assist with any aspect of my situation including the $35 bag check fee or the wrongful booking. They refused to escalate the case, and refused to even speak with me saying repeatedly "just call the 1800 number."
