Baggage Missing
My flight was suppose to take me from Phoenix, to Chicago, then on to Louisville for my 20th high school reunion. While in Chicago, they changed the gate multiple times, put us on the plane, made us sit on the tarmac for 2 1/2 hrs, then pulled back and decided to cancel the flight. I had to stay in Chicago overnight, at $300 for a room, and the wouldn't release my luggage to me. They put me on a flight the next day, again after the gate was changed multiple times, and when I arrived in Louisville, I had no luggage. So, I had 3 hrs to run out and grab clothes and toiletries for my reunion. I finally made it back to Phoenix the next day, still without my bag. After calling and calling the baggage 800 service, who continously told me that they had no clue where my bag was, Phoenix, Chicago and Louisville all said they didn't have it. 5 days later, the notice came from Louisville that they indeed did have it.
This was the worst flying experience I have ever had, and will never fly AA again. It has been a complete mess, and they ruined my reunion!
