Airline delayed my flight six hours between DFW and DOHA without any information about when or why, delayed delivering our luggage for two days and refused reimbursement although their website states compensation for clothes purchase and advising on delays within 30 minutes.

Their attitude, lack of communication, lying about compensation and refusing communication should rank this airline at the bottom. I am, and suggest others persuade others to use any other carrier to middle east destinations. I've already cost them four first class and seven business class passengers.
Maybe they'll get the message before their profits tumble!
